Horrible App
If you ever want to have any chance of survival, I urge you to go back to Ozee. It is not as if it was the best, but nothing could be more dreadful than this App.
Sometimes I wondered if it was developed with an ambition to win the competition of worst user experience. The colours, fonts, look and feel is all designed to test patience of the user. The font in the bottom bar is only slightly bigger than that used at the back of medicine strips, and the person who devised this dark darker darkest colour combination deserves a Zee award for his/her vision of graphical design !!
The App designers have done their best to maintain an element of mystery in navigation of the app. When you touch the three dots on the right of an entry in the list, usually the App shuts abruptly without a warning. But occassionally, if you are lucky, it might even give you a list of otions.
It doesnt take you long before you get tired of and with this app. It is so dreadful that I might rather prefer to miss an episode, than to watch it on this app which looks like an amateur app developed by college kids.

Beware of this cheating app! Twice paid for subscription and still not active
I don’t know how such a known zee brand can cheat customer. I paid for three months subscription from ipad and my Apple ID shows the transaction history but ZEE5 app doesn’t show any records. I waited for a day, raised complaints in apple support page and zee5 contact us page. No response at all!!! It’s unfortunate that even Apple being silent on these app issues.
I tried again by purchasing another 3months subscription assuming it may work correct the second time but the same story. Now I have lost Rs. 600 and will approach legally to recover the money.
Why I am writing this here? Because to let you know all of this and stay away so that you don’t lose your money like me. Also, there is no contact number or help desk to address when you face any issues from ZEE5, and there won’t be any response for your emails as well.

BEWARE SPAM APP
This app caught my attention only because it shows Veere di wedding available for watch if i login.
So i go ahead and register with my mobile number. Now here is where the nuisance begins.
1. It will lure you into registering to watch a movie.
2. Then it will ask you to subscribe to watch the movie since the movie is a premium watch.
3. Although it might give you 2 options to subscribe, which will be for 2 months- Rs 99 and for a year for 499 ( you apparently save 500) on this one.
4. Now just while you get thinking that ok its something good they hove done by offering a 2 month trial subscription at a mere cost of Rs 99, you will be in for a surprise that you are being fooled.
So to ensure that this is real since it looked like too much of value for the money, I decide to download the app. And guess what, i get to know that The movie i was going through all this for is only available if i subscribe for the entire year.
To the developers and the product manager of the app- “you know what? Stop fooling around. I mean what were you thinking and how far do you think this will take your product”.
P.S - i think i will give a pass on the movie since by now i know it is such a flop that it couldn’t find a place anywhere else! But on your rubbish app!
