Minecraft is getting yet another massive launch since its 1.8 release. This update will unite all the Minecrft community on Windows platform. Players from consoles edition, pocket edition will be able to play together without any platform barriers. All these features will be shipped with Microsoft Windows 10 which is set to be released this July 29.

Players who already have the previous PC or Mac edition of Minecraft (running on Java) will be able to download Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition for free. Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition was the former title of Bedrock Edition for the universal Windows 10 platform developed by Mojang AB and Microsoft Studios. It runs on Windows 10 PCs and tablets, as well as the HoloLens. Minecraft for Windows 10 is an edition of Minecraft designed for Windows 10, featuring cross-play with players on Xbox One, iOS and Android phones, Nintendo Switch, and more.
